I-15 Corridor System Master Plan
The I-15 Corridor System Master Plan defines a multi-decade multimodal transportation system vision, governance, and implementation strategy, and provides a prioritized program of projects needed to serve all modes of transportation. Defining this vision is a regional partnership between government and private interests in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah—the I-15 Mobility Alliance. Developing a clear unified vision for the I-15 Corridor enables us to look beyond highway corridor preservation and focus on regional and global competitiveness.
The purpose of this master plan is to maintain an understanding of I-15 through the Alliance states (California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah) and implement improvements to continually advance operations, capacity, safety, resiliency, and access.
This master plan is meant to evaluate the corridor as a whole, and is not intended to produce a state by state analysis nor to supplant the priorities established by the various agencies that form the I-15 Mobility Alliance. The master plan tells a story of the importance of the corridor and the challenges facing it, and outlines an approach for addressing these challenges, including multi-jurisdictional and interest group collaboration.
